• USAGE INSTRUCTIONS:
o We recommend thorough testing of the substrate for intended application prior touse
o Please refer the user guide of the printing machine for correct printersettings
o For best output & media settings, please consult the service engineer of the press
o Please ensure the sheets are acclimatized to the printing environment for 24 hours before use
o Best print results can be obtained at 20-25°C, 55% ± 10% relative humidity(RH)
o To facilitate jam-free feeding, please fan or jog the sheets before printing
o In addition to extend print life, lamination or varnishing after printing is advisable. The lamination film or varnish must be checked for compatibility with the media

PERMA ALCOX

Alcohol Substitute for Sheetfed Alcohol Dampening Systems. PERMA ALCOX substitutes and eliminates Isopropyl Alcohol completely when used with our fountain solutions.It delivers optimum gloss and higher ink-densities along with optimum emulsification resulting in sharp and crisp printing at lower ink and water dials.It suits both continuous as well as alcolor alcohol dampening systems .PERMA ALCOX substitutes and eliminates Isopropyl Alcohol overcoming the following disadvantages of Isopropyl Alcohol as mentioned hereunder :
IPA requirement ranges from 10%-25% of the fountain solution used in the fountain tank thereby involving high cost factor.
High vapour pressure of IPA leads to continuous evaporations in the environment reducing the alcohol content in the water systems demanding additional dose of IPA for reducing waste , thus more cost again encountered.
Frequent replenishment of IPA is necessary in the fountain solution to keep the quality upgraded and plates scum free , thus again the cost factor goes on accelerating.
IPA fumes are very much toxic leading to acute health hazard,mainly headache,breathing problem,loss in temperament for working,nausea etc.
Due to very low flash point IPA encourages fire hazard in the press room.
IPA mixed fountain solution has got environmental disposal problem.
To arrest continuous evaporations of IPA in the solution tank perfect chilling is necessary which overburdens the cost furthermore.
IPA at times coagulates the constituents of fountain solution and hence deposition occurs on the rollers and blankets , thus inviting frequent machine downtime for cleaning.
Due to continuous evaporations of IPA the pressman always faces trouble to control the print quality.

An Aromatic Water Miscible and High Performance Blanket-cum-Roller Cleaner HINDUSTHAN WASH UNIVERSAL has been designed to deliver ultra fast cleaning action accompanied with reduced skin whitening and no skin irritation. It contains fine cleaning agents that penetrates the pores of the blankets and rollers thereby cleaning the surface. This gives original matt finish to the blanket and roller surface resulting in an increase of ink transferring properties. It removes all residual ink, water soluble materials such as paper fluff and glaze from the blanket or rollers. Hindusthan Wash Universal can tolerate water up to 30%.
